At So Sattva Wellness, every order is handcrafted, packed with intention, and prepared with care. Because our products are made in small batches using natural ingredients, the following policies help ensure clarity, fairness, and a smooth experience for all.

Shipping Policy



Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Shipping Time



Shipping times vary based on the method selected at checkout and carrier conditions. Most orders arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment.

During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, slight delays may occur.

Pre-Orders & Small-Batch Availability


Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, some items may be available for pre-order.


If your order includes a pre-order item:

  • Your entire order will ship together once the item is ready, unless otherwise requested.
  • We will provide an estimated ship date if additional curing or production time is required (especially for cold process soaps).


If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we’ll contact you promptly with available options.

Summer Shipping Notice (Butters & Oils)


Our body butters and oils are heat-sensitive.


During warmer months:

  • Please retrieve your package promptly after delivery.
  • Minor melting may occur during transit, but it does not affect product quality.
  • If melting happens, simply refrigerate for a few hours to restore texture.


We are not responsible for melting due to heat exposure once the package is delivered.

Shipping Rates



We never mark up shipping costs. Shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on package weight, size, and carrier rates.

Refund & Return Policy



Because our products are handcrafted, natural, and hygienic, all sales are considered final, with limited exceptions outlined below.

Returns & Exchanges


We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Custom, pre-order, or sale items


Eligible returns (unused, unopened, original packaging only) must be requested within 7 days of delivery and are subject to approval on a case-by-case basis.


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was due to our error.

Incorrect Items


If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 2–3 days of delivery at: connect@sosattvawellness.com


Please include:

  • A photo of the incorrect item
  • A clear image of your invoice or packing slip


Once verified, we’ll ship the correct item within 3–5 business days at no additional cost.

Damaged Items



If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the damaged product(s)
  • Photos of the packaging


We will assess the situation and offer a resolution as quickly as possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages


Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier to the correct address, So Sattva Wellness is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.


For added protection, we recommend selecting signature confirmation or shipping insurance at checkout.


If an issue occurs:

  1. Contact your local carrier and file a claim.
  2. Notify us so we can assist with tracking information and documentation.


If the carrier accepts liability, we will work with you on a replacement.

Out-of-Stock Items



If an item in your order becomes unavailable, you may choose to:

  • Replace it with a similar product
  • Receive a refund for the unavailable item
  • Wait until the product is restocked
