REFUND POLICY
Our Refund Policy
We care deeply about your satisfaction, and each order is packed with intention and care. Because our products are handcrafted and natural, we follow these guidelines:
Refunds & Exchanges:
We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. All returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery, and we reserve the right to approve or deny on a case-by-case basis.
Due to safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or opened products.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the issue was our error.
Received the Wrong Item?
Please contact us within 2–3 days of receiving your order at connect@sosattvawellness.com
Be sure to include:
- A photo of the incorrect item
- A clear image of your invoice or packing slip
Once verified, we’ll ship the correct item within 3–5 business days.
Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, please email us immediately with clear photos of the damaged product(s) and packaging. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
If you're concerned about delivery security, we highly recommend selecting signature
confirmation or insurance at checkout. Once an item is marked “Delivered” by the carrier and sent to the correct address, So Sattva Wellness is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If this happens, please:
1. Contact your local Postal carrier office and file a claim.
2. Notify us so we can help with tracking details and supporting your claim.
If the carrier accepts liability, we’ll work to get a replacement sent to you.
Out of Stock Items:
If a product you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you with options:
- Replace with a similar item
- Offer a refund
- Or hold your order until restocked (based on your preference)
