Our Policy

When Will I Receive My Order?
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it within 3 business days. Every item is packed with care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Shipping times vary depending on the method selected at checkout, but most orders arrive within 2–7 business days from the date of shipment. During peak seasons or holidays, slight delays may occur.

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow it right to your doorstep.

What If an Item Is Out of Stock?
Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, some items may occasionally go out of stock. Our items are, however, available for preorder, and will ship as soon as they have been produced.

If this happens, we’ll reach out with an updated shipping timeline. Some creations, such as cold process soaps, require time to cure properly-but we promise it’s worth the wait.
 

***Summer Shipping Note (for butters & oils): Our body butters are heat-sensitive. During warmer months, please retrieve your package promptly. We recommend refrigerating for a few hours if melting occurs.

How Much Is Shipping?
We never up-charge for shipping. You pay exactly what we pay, based on the weight and size of your package. Shipping rates are calculated in real-time at checkout using standard carrier rates.
